Overview

Cold outreach still works when it is done with care: a tight list, verified contacts, a specific angle, and disciplined sending. That care is exactly what gets dropped when a founder does it between meetings. This use case runs the whole operation and hands you the approvals.

  • Lists sourced from your Customer Profile, or uploaded by you, then verified contact by contact
  • Sequences drafted in your voice with a specific angle per segment, never spray and pray
  • Warmed, dedicated mailboxes with daily caps; your own domain never at risk
  • Campaign launch and every send template approved by you before anything goes out
What lands in your account
Campaign proposal · example
Q3 logistics list, 340 contacts

Segment definition, the verified list, a 4-step sequence, and the sending schedule, all waiting for one approval.

Weekly report
Sends, opens, replies, meetings

Per-campaign and per-segment numbers with the next week's plan. Underperforming angles get flagged with a proposed fix.

List quality
Every contact verified and dated

No contact ships without a dated source. Bounced or stale contacts are replaced automatically.

Reply handling
Replies routed, meetings booked

Positive replies get a drafted response in your Inbox; meetings land on your calendar with context attached.

How it runs
  • List built. Sourced from your Customer Profile or your upload, deduplicated against everyone you have already contacted, then verified.
  • Sequence drafted. A short sequence per segment with a specific angle. You approve the copy once; edits apply to the whole campaign.
  • You launch it. One approval starts the campaign. Sends pace out on warmed mailboxes with caps and quiet hours.
  • Replies handled. Responses pause the sequence for that contact and land in your Inbox with a drafted reply.
Questions
Do I have to bring a list?+

No. Lists are sourced from your Customer Profile and verified before use. If you have your own CSV, upload it at setup and it gets the same verification pass.

How is this different from the sequencer tools I've tried?+

Those give you software to operate. This gives you the operation: list, copy, sending, replies, reporting, with your judgment applied only where it matters, at the approval points.

What volume should I expect?+

Sending scales with mailbox health, not a promise. Campaigns typically start at 30 to 50 sends per day and grow as warmup scores allow.
