What each role can do
Owner
Everything, including billing, team, and deleting the workspace. One per account.
Admin
Can approve sends, publishes, and spend. Can configure use cases and invite Members.
Member
Sees everything, approves nothing. Right for teammates who watch results without holding the approval keys.
Approval rights are the permission that matters here: sends, publishes, and spend move only when someone with approval rights clicks approve. That click is logged in Activity with their name on it.
